MASH reserves the right to cancel any order and our only liability is to provide the customer with a refund. “Errors”, prices, and availability of products and services on this site, are subject to change without notice.
Errors will be corrected where discovered. MASH reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, to correct any “Errors”, inaccuracies or omissions before during or after an order has been processed and submitted regardless if your credit card or account has been charged.
If your payment has been charged and your order has been cancelled, MASH will issue a credit to your credit card account in the exact amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Taxes and Duties
All sales within the state of California are subject to California Sales Tax. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. MASH Transit is not responsible for payment of this duty.
Orders are shipped within one day of order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Our goal is to provide you with the quickest, most affordable and reliable shipping possible.
For Domestic shipping we offer USPS First-Class Mail Package & USPS Priority Mail.
For International shipping we offer USPS Express Mail International & USPS Priority Mail International when available.
We do no accept returns or exchanges for international order.
Special orders and custom pieces are not returnable.
MASH Transit is not responsible for shipping costs or import duties. We accept returns and exchanges for all regular merchandise that has been shipped within the United States. Merchandise in sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. “Sellable condition” means merchandise must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. No returns on items that are not in “sellable condition.” After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. To receive a return authorization number, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (415) 448-6611, and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. MASH Transit is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. MASH Transit will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from MASH Transit back to you. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Exchanges and returns must shipped back to our storeroom within 2 days after the RA number received. It must be addressed to MASH TRANSIT, 284 Sanchez Street, San Francisco CA 94114.
